Nate Carlisle
Investigative producer and reporter
Nate Carlisle joined FOX 13 in October 2020 as an investigative producer and reporter. He spent the previous 15 years as a reporter at The Salt Lake Tribune, covering criminal justice, polygamy, the military and the finances of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Before moving to Utah, Carlisle worked for three years in Missouri at The Columbia Daily Tribune. Carlisle has also taught investigative journalism at the University of Utah, Brigham Young University and Weber State University. An Illinois native, Carlisle has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri. He and his wife live in Salt Lake City.
