Ivana Martinez
KUER General Assignment Reporter
Ivana Martinez is the general assignment reporter for KUER. She’s been reporting since her junior year in high school when she somehow managed to get her hands on a DSLR camera, a recorder and notebook. She hasn’t been able to stop since. She previously worked as the assistant news editor at the Daily Utah Chronicle and was the 2020-2021 "Robert K. Avery Scholar" for KUER. When she’s not working, Martinez is probably reading good books, drinking lots of coffee or singing Taylor Swift songs in the car.
