Imagining a day in the not-too-distant future when Utah will no longer be home to the Great Salt Lake, Bonnie Baxter reads an obituary she penned with Jaimi Butler, her colleague at Westminster College’s Great Salt Lake Institute: “She supported Utah’s economy for many years, but we did not adequately fund her health care in time. Had we done so, we may not be mourning her death today."
